In the event that you received defective/incorrect products, please accept our apologies. Any products that are found to be defective/incorrect upon receipt can be reported to our team at hello@naturespalette.co within 3 working days. Only unopened defective products can be returned and refunded. Products that are opened may be denied refund/return.
